Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to enter the petitioner's name and his document in document No.3748/2011 on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar No.1, Kanchipuram Ababi in respect of his purchased property situated at No.23, Netteri Village, Old Survey No.13 and 13/1 and as per the village register New Survey No.13/1AC, Patta No.983 totally to an extent of 0.20 cents out of 0.08.0 Ares in the encumbrance certificate issued by the fifth respondent by removing the name of the sixth respondent or her vendors and their agents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2016 and 03.10.2016.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the the fifth respondent to enter his name in his document in Document No.3748/2011 on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar No.1, Kanchipuram Ababi in respect of his purchased property situated at No.23, Netteri Village, Old Survey No.13 and 13/1 and as per the village register, New Survey No.13/1AC, Patta No.983 totally to an extent of 0.20 cents out of 0.08.0 Ares in the encumbrance certificate issued by him, by removing the name of the sixth respondent or her vendors and their agents by considering his representations dated 09.08.2016 and 03.10.2016.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent representations dated 09.08.2016 and 03.10.2016 to the Joint Sub Registrar, Kanchipuram and District Registrar, Kanchipuram respectively. He further submitted that there may be a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's said representations and to dispose of the same. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.08.2016 and 03.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
