ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's appeal in representation dated 23.03.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.03.2019 requesting the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta standing in the name of Respondents 4 to 12 by reverting the extract in accordance with T.D No. 797 and 1584. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents 1 to 3 till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 3 within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2019 and dispose of the same, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 12, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
