Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.496 OF 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner vide the impugned judgment and order dated 28.10.2020 passed by the Sessions Judge, Mahilar Neethi Mandiram (FTC Mahila Court), Villupuram convicting the petitioner for offences under Section 304/34, 302, 201, 120(B), 397 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment for offencces under Section 302 r.w 34 IPC together with fine of Rs.5000, in default whereof to undergo six months simple imprisonment, under section 201 r.w section 302 IPC and 201 r.w 394 IPC and sentenced him to undergo two years rigorous imprisonment and pay a sum of Rs.

5000 in default undergo imprisonment for 3 months further appellant was sentence under section, in CRL.A.NO.496 OF 2020 [IN CRL.MP.NO.No.8017 of 2021] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.496 OF 2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.D.JOHNSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
