J U D G M E N T

The appellant and the second respondent's son are present. The letter given by the second respondent authorizing his son to be present on his behalf for the purpose of presenting the memo of compromise and recording the same is enclosed along with the memo of compromise .

2.Terms of the compromise read over to the parties present. The counsel for the respective parties are also present. Terms of the compromise are accepted by the parties and accordingly the memo of compromise is recorded.

3.In the light of the memo of compromise, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. The memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
