ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of Writ Petition, the Official Liquidator, attached to this Court, has taken over possession of the assets of the company. Therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the first respondent has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

2. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
