ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022 to appoint the petitioner in any of the qualified post under compassionate appointment within an appropriate time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered and rejected the claim of the petitioner, by an order dated 24.05.2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to challenge the order dated 24.05.2022. There shall be no order as to costs.
