(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard on the applications for condonation of delay of 871 days in the filing the appeals.

2. None appears on behalf of the first respondent, despite service of notice.

3. Mrs.S.Sudharshana Sundar, learned counsel appears for the second respondent and she has no objection for allowing the applications.

4. It is informed that similar applications in the connected batch of appeals arising out of the same order of the learned Single Judge have been allowed.

5. In view of the above, the delay of 871 days in filing the appeals is condoned on the same lines as ordered in C.M.P.No.5704 of 2022 in W.A.No. SR 56437 of 2015 etc. batch on 15.06.2022.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and list on 02.08.2022 along with W.A.No.1554 of 2022 etc. batch.
