This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give the police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2020 to the 1st respondent police.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the respondent and based on which enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.286 of 2020 and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
