(CR.NO.190/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition 6(c) imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl.O.P.No.10522/2021 dated 26.06.2021. Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.SUNDARAPANDIYAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 23.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.06.2021 alone stands modified and insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned, he shall appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and in respect of the 2nd petitioner is concerned, she shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required, till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing. All other conditions remain unaltered.
