ORDER

Challenging the impugned order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Crl.M.P. No.25780 of 2023 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, the petitioner preferred this Criminal Revision Case.

2. Though the notice was served on the 1 st respondent as well as her name is also printed in the cause list and she is the main contesting party, she has not appeared.

3.Before the trial court, the petitioner failed to pay the cost imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 25780 of 2023 in C.A.SR.No. 14288 of 2023, due to which, the petition was dismissed. But the learned counsel would submit that she had already paid the cost on 14.03.2024 and the same was also received by the 1 st respondent. To that effect, she produced a memo but belatedly, however the records shows that already she complied the order to pay cost to the 1 st respondent. Therefore, the order passed by the trial judge in Crl.M.P.No. 25780 of 2023 in CA.SR.No. 14288 of 2023 is set aside. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed.
