The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to quash the complaint preferred by the respondents under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in D.V.C.No.12 of 2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (FTC, Mahila Court), Villupuram.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners brings to the notice of this Court that the complaint preferred by the respondents was dismissed for default on 17.11.2025 for non-appearance of the respondents. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous.
