(CRIME NO.221/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to allow this application relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble High Court in Crl.O.P.No.11217/2021 by order dated 30.06.2021 that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.ANBAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 30.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4.
