ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.07.2021.
2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 21.07.2021 thereafter CSR was assigned. But, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR assigned. Both the parties were called for enquiry and thereafter, the case was closed on 26.08.2021 on the ground of civil dispute pending between them. Hence, they were advised to approach the appropriate Court and he further submits that the closure report is yet to be served to the petitioner. 4.In view of the same, this Court directs the respondent police to serve the closure report to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
