Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.2838/2015/Tho.Vae.Sa, dated 13.10.2017 and consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.003/2017 dated 13.10.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner to the post of Junior Clerk by giving retrospective effect.
