ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 09.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that civil litigations are pending in O.S.No.115 of 2008, A.S.No.47 of 2010 and in O.S.No.213 of 2013 and in the civil litigations, Tahsildar is also a party.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the complaint dated 09.12.2014, it is essentially civil in nature, a direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued.
