Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.12/2017/A4 dated 27.2.2018 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to fix the reasonable fair rent only in respect of the portion of the land of 1525 sq.ft in occupation and enjoyment of the petitioner in Door No.42/3, R.K.Main Road, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004 within the time fixed by this court.
