O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner. 2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner on 01.12.2014 was registered in Cr.No.274 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and on investigation, the said complaint was found to be mistake of fact and only for the purpose of serving the Referred Charge Sheet, the petitioner was called by the second respondent and the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent is stated to have referred the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent is insisting upon the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner not to take water.

4. As the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner and the petitioner was called for, for the service of Referred Charge sheet, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
