Crl.O.P.No.14050 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.14050 of 2021 M.NIRMAL KUMAR.,J In continuation to the order passed by this Court dated 13.08.2021, the petitioner had paid the deposit amount of Rs.20,000/- in C.C.No.4924 of 2017 before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Chennai on 19.08.2021 and the same has been received.

2.The Metropolitan Magistrate failed to accept the sureties and bond since there is no specific order to that effect. Hence, the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Chennai is hereby directed to entertain the execution of the sureties and bond on conditions as per the orders of the Principal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.6001 of 2021 in C.A.No.70 of 2021 dated 29.03.2021.
