Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner studied B.Sc., Chemistry in Tindivanam Government Arts College. Thereafter, he had completed B.Ed Degree and participated in TRB examination after successfully passing out TRB examination, the petitioner joined as B.T. Assistant Chemistry in Kanakkankuppam Government High School, Gingee Taluk on 05.03.2007. The Headmaster of the said school has not utilized the petitioner's decree and he had been dragged the duty work for maintaining the supervising the Class IV servants. The superior officer treated the petitioner cheaply without giving opportunity to teaching the classes as already mentioned the superior officers wantonly deliberately and forced the petitioner to do the non teaching work. The petitioner made representation to the respondent for not allotting the teaching work. However, the respondent did not take any action on the representation, hence the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition has been filed.

3.Without expressing any opinion and without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
