NO. 336 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, Banavaram Police Station, Vellore District on 1st Working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.8471 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. No.10629 of 2020 dated 21/12/2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 21.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.8471 of 2020, this Court had relaxed the condition sought for by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the modified conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 21.12.2020 stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
