Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondents 2 to 10 have not complied the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai in Crl.M.P.No.859 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.

2. The bail order was granted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai in Crl.M.P.No.859 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024, hence, it is appropriate to the petitioner to approach the same Court to cancel the bail order dated 28.03.2024. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, for appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

3. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
