The petitioner made a representation on 29.07.2015 seeking cancellation of patta, followed by a patta in her name with respect to the property situated in S.No.50/1C and 49/8B, Vadamambakkam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District. On receipt of the same, the District Collector has directed the respondent herein to take appropriate action as seen from proceedings dated 02.09.2015. Seeking appropriate orders, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders pursuant to the communication dated 02.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required.
