O R D E R

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first petitioner herein is physically challenged and that the second petitioner is his wife.

2. In the order dated 07.10.2017 passed in Crl.MP.No.15001/2017, the

petitioners were directed to appear before the court daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the physical disablement of the first petitioner, the second petitioner needs to take care of him and therefore, he seeks relaxation of the above said condition.

4. Taking sympathetic view on the physical condition of the first petitioner and the fact, the second petitioner, who is his wife, needs to take care of him, the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.15501/2017 to report before the court daily at 10.30 a.m., for one month is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 07.10.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.15501/2017 shall remain intact. Consequently, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
