[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Bakiyalakshmi, D/o.Baskaran, aged 17 years, who is missing, before this Court and handover to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured on 03.11.2020 and produced before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional Mahila Court, Ariyalur. He has further submitted that the custody of the detenue has been handed over to the mother on the same day.
