Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent-Police not to entertain complaints of civil nature touching the petitioner's right to constructions, enjoyment and possession which is the subject matter of two civil suits in O.S.No.2440 of 2015 pending on the file of XIII Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and C.S.No.843 of 2014 pending on the file of this Court without any direction passed by the said civil courts in calling for the interference of the respondents in this regard.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to entertain any complaints since civil dispute are pending between the parties.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there is no case or complaint pending before the respondent police and therefore there is no necessity for the respondent police to call the parties for enquiry or interfere in the civil dispute.
