Seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to write her first year D.T.Ed examination, commencing from 14.06.2010, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner being related to academic year 2009-2010, the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
