(R8 suo motu impleaded vide order dated 20.01.2021 made in W.P.No.15968 of 2019 by NSSJ) Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 11.02.2019 made by the petitioner to transfer patta into the petitioner name for the landed property at S.No.281, Goundampalayam Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District to the landed extent of 3506 sq.fts. or 8 cents 21 sq.fts. and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 11.02.2019 made by the petitioner to transfer patta into the petitioner name for the landed property at S.No.281, Goundampalayam Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District to the landed extent of 3506 sq.fts. or 8 cents 21 sq.fts. and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the acquisition proceedings if any in respect of the subject land.
