The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register the case pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2015 and to investigate in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that on the complaint dated 06.02.2015 given by the petitioner, namely Parthasarathi, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 13.03.2015. 4. With the above observation, this Criminal original Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
