Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the 1st respondent to pay the subsisting allowance from 01.10.2005 to 31.05.2008 to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has agreed that the interim relief sought for by the writ petitioner can be decided only at the time of final disposal in the writ petition. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
