Ms.P.Veena Suresh COMMON ORDER The fourth respondent in I.A.Nos.1328, 1329 and 1330 of 2016 in O.S.No.1115 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal Distirct Munsif, Coimbatore, is the petitioner in these Civil Revision Petitions.

2. When the Civil Revision Petitions were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, who are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.1115 of 2016, filed a memo dated 16 November 2016 indicating that the plaintiffs are withdrawing the civil suit. According to the memo, in view of the interim order granted by this Court, the respondents 1 to 3 are not in a position to move the Trial Court for withdrawal.

3. The respondents 1 to 3 are permitted to file application for withdrawal before the Trial Court.

4. In view of the memo dated 16 November 2016 indicating the decision of the respondents 1 to 3 to withdraw the civil suit in O.S.No.1115 of 2016, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions.

5. This Court has already granted interim stay of operation of the order passed by the Trial Court. The said order shall be in force till the suit is withdrawn by the respondents 1 to 3.

6. The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
