Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2015 on the light of proceedings in O.MuA4/2168/2013 dated 02.04.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent for issuance of patta in the name of petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.11, Karivedu Village, Kaveripakkam, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District to an extent of 2.36 acres of agricultural land immediately. Seeking issuance of patta in her name for Survey No.11, Karivedu Village, Kaveripakkam, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District for an extent of 2.36 acres of agricultural land, the petitioner made a representation on 21.03.2013 to the respondent no.2, who in turn has directed the respondent no.3 to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action. Though the said communication was sent on 02.04.2013, no further action is forthcoming despite the subsequent representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the communication dated 02.04.2013 and subsequent representation dated 13.03.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
