Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.

VIJAYA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2348 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25160 of 2021 on 23.12.2021, to report before the respondent Police every month on the 1st working day at 10.00 a.m, till filing of the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
