The petitioner prays for one month extention of time to deposit the 50% of the cheque amount as directed by this Court, by an order dated 23.12.2021, in Crl.M.P.No.13559 of 2021, in Crl.R.C.No.1037 of 2021.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, one month time from today is granted as prayed for by the petitioner.

3.It is made clear that no further extention of time will be granted. If the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount within the said period, the suspension of sentence ordered by this Court shall stand automatically vacated.
