ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner to put up a Compound wall around his property, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that a civil suit is pending between the parties from the year 2012. During the pendency of the civil suit, the police cannot give protection as sought for by the petitioner, unless the civil Court gives a direction. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Civil Court, if so advised.
