This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in crime No. 6 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found the accused persons with illegal possession of 32 kilograms of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the accused persons is commercial quantity and also the petitioners are having another NDPS cases.
