After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the 1st respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the time of admission by dispensing with requirement for filing counter.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the 1st respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2022 will be considered and disposed by the 2nd respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of in view of the undertaking made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the 1st respondent. No costs.
