ORDER

This Court, by its order, dated 26.06.2024, disposed of this writ petition by directing the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai to decide the matter in C.C.No.130 of 2020 and C.C.No.131 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. However, the time granted by this Court got expired and thereby, the proceedings in C.C.Nos.130 & 131 of 2020 was not completed. Therefore, the present Presiding Officer, Principal District Judge, Ariyalur has sent a letter dated 09.05.2025 to the Registrar Judicial seeking further extension of time to dispose of the said case. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

3. In view of the above, this Court, is inclined to grant further period of five months to dispose of the case in C.P.Nos.130 & 131 of 2020 and District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai is directed
