This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 582 days in filing the criminal appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 582 days in filing the criminal appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai - 600 104, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
