This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 21.08.2013 and to carry out true and proper investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the matter essentially relates to a civil dispute, with regard to the change of sub division in the patta. In this connection, the District Collector has also issued a Memorandum to the Tahsildar to look into the petition, given by the petitioner for sub division. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the nature of the allegations, no positive direction can be issued for registering a case and therefore, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy, in the manner known to law.
