ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.73 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is a widow, whose husband died due to road accident before 2 years ago and she is residing with her children. The defacto complainant is being disturbed by the petitioner demanding sexual favor. Hence the case was lodged by the defacto-complainant against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is pending in this case and He further submitted that the petitioner had already moved anicipatory bail before this court in Crl.O.P. No.12521 of 2021 which was dismissed vide order dated 20.07.2021 and there is no change in circumstances, after the previous order which was passed on merits. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that no change of circumstances arises for considering the present anticipatory bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
