The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 104 days in filing the Criminal Appeal, as against the judgment dated 30.07.2025 passed in Spl.S.C.No.51 of 2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Sessions (Fast Track) Court, Uthagamandalam.
2. Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondent and she has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 104 days is condoned and this petition stands ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
