2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that connected Second Appeal viz., S.A.No.501 of 2010 is posted for hearing on 09.08.2019.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order, and tag the same along with S.A.No.501 of 2010, after obtaining appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
