The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2013. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, already case has been registered in Crime No.122 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352 and 506(i) of IPC.
