ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the case in C.C.No.183 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2. It is submitted by the petitioner, who has appeared in person that though Crl.O.P.No.16336 of 2010 filed by him for quashing the case in C.C.No.183 of 2010 was dismissed by this Court on 22.07.2010, the petitioner is now living with his wife and he has also filed an application for discharge before the trial court and he may be permitted to proceed with the discharge application and the trial court may be directed to consider and pass orders on the discharge application filed by him.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, this petition is dismissed and the 54Judicial Magistrate, Alandur is directed to consider and dispose of the discharge petition filed by the petitioner, if any, to discharge him at the earliest. Connected MP is closed.
