J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that both the appellants have died in the year 2009. The learned counsel would further submit that he has repeatedly informed the legal representatives of the appellants to take steps to implead themselves in the second appeal. However, they are not interested to take steps to implead themselves in the second appeal. In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
