Seeking direction to conduct Ayudha Pooja festival on 21.10.2015 & 22.10.2015 at Pudukuppam Roundtana, Neyveli by conducting cultural events, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been conducting the same for a number of years.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that in the event of the petitioner not attempting to take out any auto rally, appropriate permission would be granted upon consideration.

4.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent nos.1 & 2 to give adequate permission to the petitioner to perform the cultural events, subject to the conditions to be imposed including the time, place and the manner in which they have to be conducted.
