The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to consider and select him for admission to first year B.E./ B.Tech. Degree course for the academic year 2019 - 2020 under the ST category, however the said period was over and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
