The petitioner who was called for enquiry on receipt of the complaint registered as C.S.R.No.87 of 2024 dated 27.05.2024 is before 1/4

this Court alleging that police is trying to interfere in the civil dispute and harassing him to appear for enquiry. Further he would also states that his complaint was taken as C.S.R.No.171 of 2023 is closed as civil in nature as early as 24.12.2023. On the same facts, the complaint given by Natarajan is now taken up for enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner was called under Sections 91 & 160 Cr.P.C., to appear in the enquiry taken up in C.S.R.No.87 of 2024 given by one Natarajan. He was supposed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 29.05.2024 & 03.06.2023, but have not appeared. If he appears before the Investigating Officer and place the document in his favour, enquiry will be conducted in the manner known to law.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on 20.06.2024 at 11.00 a.m, and cooperate with the enquiry and on such appearance, the enquiry shall be conducted in accordance with law.

With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
