The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.04.2024 for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 397, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.368 of 2024, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, on 30.04.2024, the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and threatened him and robbed Rs.650/- at knife point. gd 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the investigation in this case is not completed, and petitioner has 21 previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
