This petition is filed to condone the delay of 258 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 25.01.2019 passed in M.C.O.P.No.761 of 2017 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Principal District Judge, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondents either in person or through counsel.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
